after re-reading your post I thought a sticking EGR or PCV valve may be a cause if you can keep the engine running by using the throttle.after re-reading your post I thought a sticking EGR or PCV valve may be a cause if you can keep the engine running by using the throttle.

You've already replaced most of the stuff I've guessed, unless perhaps the fuel pump is faulty or there's something partially clogging the fuel line. Maybe put a fuel system cleaner additive to the tank? Other thing is perhaps the coil.
there is a set screw in the front of the throttle body, to adjust it, but first why do you need to adjust it ?
if low idle then it could be your TPS or IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE, this valve is on the back of the TB and should be cleaned first, take the two.screws out which are torx heads and I think.a 25, once you have it out, take TB cleaner and a non lint towel and spray and clean, also clean the port where it sits in to, on these Dodges they are known for these to be carboned up, this would give low or high idle, also check to see if you have your 5volt reference on this sense, the TPS and crank sense, this one is hard to get to, it sits on top of your transmission bell housing on pass side.
before you go touching the.idle set screw, check these and clean.idle air control valve first
COULD BE STOPPED UP FUEL FILTER.CHECK FUEL PRESSURE SHOULD BE 48 PSI. IF LOWER HONDA ADVISE TO REPLACE FUEL FILTER.YOU HAVE TO REMOVE FUEL PUMP THROUGH ACCESS PANEL FROM THE FLOOR.IF FUEL PRESSURE OKAY.REPLACE AIR FILTER.REPLACE SPARK PLUGS IF YOU HAVE OVER 110000 MILES ON THEM.IF SPARK PLUGS BEEN CHANGED ALREADY.IF ENGINE STILL WONT CRANK AND IDLE.CODE SCAN FOR A FAULTY IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE.
The pump is in the fuel tank. You need to replace the fuel pump. it is dying, and will sooner or later die all together. Have you changed the fuel filter????? Also check that out!!!!
I had the same problem... frustrating. I picked up a repair manual at the parts store. I took off the throttle body and cleaned it with throttle body cleaner spray. I changed the Idle Air Control Valve (idle speed motor) which was very clogged. While I had the throttle body off I also changed the Map Sensor and Throttle Position Sensor. The manual will walk you through the steps. I had never done anything like this before. If I can do you so can you. My Jeep has never run better. Good Luck
