My 91 eagle talon is making this squealing noise only when i am stopped or barley pulling off. It will start at 2 rpm and stop when I hit 10-15 mph. I have 2 lights on one is the battery light and the other one looks like a house??? When I slow down the lights come on and when I go fast they go off.

The little house light means your coolant level is low. Dangerously low. The squeeling sound with the battery light coming on means that either your alternator is about to or has already died or your alternator belt needs to be tightened or replaced.

Take it into Autozone or O'Reilys or NAPA and have them to a free diagnostic check for you to see if the batter and alternator are ok. We can proceed from there.

Good luck!

MY 95 EAGLE TALON was running good and now the RPM going high to 4500 on 45 MPH then i turn it off and run good but then start doing the same RPM high ,what could be the problem?

If it's manual it could be clutch slipping but if it's auto then could be a cellenoid that's sticking check trans fluid for dirtiness

Ticking noise from engine

The most common reason is the hydraulic valve lifters. The short term fix is to

a) replace the oil and filter if this has not been done recently.
b) Rev the engine to 3000 rpm and hold for 30 seconds. This pumps up the lifters and helps clear old oil.
c) do this 2-3 times until the clicking stops.

The longer term fix is to replace all 16 lifters.

Other more expensive reasons are
a) a big end bearing. This sounds more like a hammer on anvil hit, and its louder if you blip-rev the engine. Rev to say 2000 and back off slightly and the noise stops. The fix is a replacement engine or engine rebuild.

How come my 91 talon tsi awd 5spd wont start

Possible bad starter , low voltage in battery meaning dead battery or just bad and corroded connections at battery post and starter. Try cleaning connections and recharge battery if needed.
