That is usually an indication of a blown bulb in the side that's blinking rapidly. Turn on the right side blinker and looking on the outside of the car, check all the bulbs that are supposed to blink and you will see on that is not blinking. Replace that bad bulb and the dash light will blink normally again.
odd speed blinker is a message to tell you that a light bulb has burned or is disconnected. All front lights can be replaced from the engine compartment EXCEPT the turn signal :( .Unfortunately you will have to pull the headlight assembly out in order to reach the turn signal bulb. If the light was off since the assembly was replaced, there is a chance that the socket was simply left unplugged.
Ok. First of all, chk all the bulbs. Well at least the four parking lamps. The ones that are supposed to flash. One or two are burnd out. It happens. If you know how an ABS system works ... or don't know how they (are supposed to) work, there is a signal from each wheel, which are assumed to be turning at the exact same speed. But if one "locks up" during braking, the signal from that wheel stops ... and then the system releases the brake on that wheel, then immediately re-applies that brake, so you may hear or feel pulsations of brake application. That's the way they are SUPPOSED to work. What happens if the device picking up the signal from one or more wheels has a FLAKY signal, because, for instance, the mounting for the sensor is loose ... or bent, so that sometimes it does not sense the signal? Then you have the scenario you have described above!
