There is no code for spark plugs and did you gap them ?
the check engine light will remain on for several drive cycles. If the computer sees that the problem has been resolved it will eventually turn of the light. This could be several days or weeks. The other option is to clear the code with a code reader/scan tool. If the P0350 comes back than you will have to figure it out.
And yes there is no code for spark plugs but plugs other than the original NGK's can cause issues with this engine. Using the O.E. plugs is always the best option.

Did you use NGK spark plugs?
Does this vehicle have coils over each spark plug or spark plug wires wo each spark plug.
well it was a loose connection. not shaking anymore, however, check engine light still on and i am still getting P0350 code. do i have to change the ignition coils too?
