You can use 10w 30 or 5w 30. 5 is going to be better for cold locations and is the more universal of the two and 10 is going to be good as long as you don't go much below freezing.

Any oil with a API and SAE rating are in good standing. As far as weight of the oil, depending on mileage and what part of the world you are in, 10w 30 or 10w 40 will work great.

API SG or SG/CD look on the Cap or Label of the Oil Container (Quart, Gallon, or 5 Quarts).
10W 30 for Winter.
10W 40 for Summer.
V6 3.0L gets 4.0-quarts.
V6 3.3L and 3.8L gets 4.5 quarts.
Always change Oil Filter with the Oil Change.

Hello Seth.
If the temperature you are running until your next oil change is due will be below 50F average they recommend 5w30.
Otherwise 10w 30 is the choice.

most european cars take a similar blend of oil, you want one of the following;
10W-40
10W-50
10W-60
