These are total capacities. You need to compensate for any residual fluid you have in your system.

I will list the transmission type then the capacity to the side of the transmission type. All transmissions take regular Dexron III fluid

A43D 6.9 qts
A340E 7.6 qts.
A340H 10.9 qts.

5 speed 4wd. shifter is not working not sure what tranny it is or why wont shift.

Most likely your clutch is out and need to be replaced, If it is a 5 speed manual transmission.
If its an automatic transmission you may need fluid or rebuild.

What kind of fluid does my 91 3000gt in the transmission? front wheele drive only automatic. I put in standard fluid and is slipping

Drain al the fluid out and go to the dealer or call to find out what suitable substitute can be used usually dextron/mercron transmission fluid but call to confirm. You must now add fluid and run the car in reverse, drive for about ten minutes, drain the fluid and repeat this procedure one more time, you must purge all the fluid out to ensure you have no more incorrect fluid left in trans.
