I would get the owner's manual out of the glove box and look up fuse in the index. That will tell you where the fuse box is and often the turn signal and flasher units are plugged in there. With the signals on I would walk around the car and make sure the bulbs are all good.

The manual wasn't much help, although it is missing pages, my friend isn't the first owner so who knows what happened to it. I assumed it would be near one of the fuse boxes but no dice last time I looked but I'll check there again. I also checked under the dash previously and couldn't find it, but may have missed it there.

I had to replace mine too and I had a heck of a time finding it. Ended up tucked way up under the steering column, slightly to right of the steering wheel, 10 inches back from the front of the dash. From underneath you have to remove the vent / cover thing, it's clipped to a half circle metal bracket that is so tight, it broke my plastic covered new flasher when I snapped it in place, had to repair the plastic on the flasher and loosen the bracket by bending it out a bit.

Where is the flasher fuse located at

On 1992 Buick Regal 3.1L MFI OHV 6cyl. the Flasher is located:
- Hazard flasher: front seating area, passenger side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in relay block
- Turn signal: front seating area, driver side, under dash, passenger side of steering column, mounted behind instrument panel

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

1992 Buick Regal turn signals not working. Bulbs,Flasher, and fuse are ok. Four - way flasher working, seems only pass. brake lights work. Put meter across fuse term. and voltage went on and off when signal...

Did you check for 12V at the bulb base? If not there, you have an open circuit between the flasher and the bulb base. If it is there you have a bad bulb, bad socket, or open ground.

1992 Buick Regal turn signals not flashing (stay on)

Check and make sure the flasher you changed is for the turn signals and not the hazzards. If all is okay there test the turn signal switch itself and the hazzard switch. You want to check the hazzard for it overrides the turn signal switch. To check see if you get current to the flasher. If not go to switches. If you do you have a wiring problem. Make sure you are checking things with a test light.

On a 94 Buick Regal...where is the flasher located ?

In a lot of cars, the flasher relay is built into the hazard light button - yours may be as well. The simple fix is to go to a parts store, ask for the hazard relay for your car, and have them show you - if it's built into the hazard button, you'll be handed a new button.

Turn Signal

The turn signal switch most likely needs to be replaced, and yes the steering wheel does have to be removed to make this repair.
