i am a chrysler jeep tech. at a dealership i have seen alot of this in these jeeps 90% of the time the problem is between the driver door and the body open the door there is a rubber tube with wires inside, diconnect this ruber tube from the door pull it back and i would almost promise you will find some broken wires just strip them connect them buy colors solder them together and tape them up and your windows and or door locks will work like new

SOURCE: a/c heater fan no blow
sounds to me like the blower motor resistor, and if I'm not mistaken the resistor and the blower motor are located under the dash on the passengers side. the resistor should have a wiring connection and 2 screws attaching it to the blower case. The a/c and heater blower will not work if the resistor goes out. hope this helps you out a little. Best wishes.

Hold the time button down until the time blinks and you can use the Tuner to set the time. Push the tuner in to switch from Hours/Minutes and when you're done just wait till it stops blinking.
Here's the manual too if you want it.
