All Mitsubishi cars pretty much hide the water pump under the timing belt. You should buy all new belts for the car and consider replacing the water pump at the same time. You will have to take off the power steering belt, the alternator belt, the upper belt cover, support the motor, take off the motor mount, jack up the right front corner of the car, take off the front right tire, take off the engine plastic under cover, line up the TDC timing mark, Take off the front wheel ,take off the plastic s[lash cover, take off the lower pulleys, take off the lower engine cover, observe the timing marks/arrows and highlight with paint, take off the timing belt, counter balancer belt if there is one, water pump belt, and now you can unbolt the water pump, scrape the gasket, and replace it. Now the good news, if you have tools,a compressor, an air gun(for lower pulley bolt), patience , and four to eight hours to kill, you can actually save money and do it your self.

1995 Eagle Summit AWD cranks but won't start...battery, fuel pump, spark plugs replaced ...why? Is the problem the multiport fuel injector relay? Where is this relay located?

Sounds like a timing belt has snapped. If it is an interference engine, the engine could be ruined (pistons hit the valves and bend them). Check gates belts to see if it is an interference engine. Belts normally snap at 80,000 to 120,000 miles.

What is the firing order for a 1993 eagle summit 1.5l manual transmission?

1-3-4-2 with #1 at the timing belt end ie LHS.

If the engine is not firing, check that you are getting spark from the distributor. The internal coil or power transistor are common failures.
