Could be a bad wheel bearing or defective brake components. Jack the wheel up, spin it, and listen for the noise. If a 'scraping' sound, it is likely brakes. If more of a rumbling, grinding sound, then check the bearings. These are a greased-for-life bearings, so replacement is the only option. Hope this helps!

Intermittant screeching noise by rear passenger side

Your description makes me worry. If you have a strange, unknown screeching noise coming from the right rear wheel and now there is a burning smell. Please stop using it and have it looked at as soon as possible. There are a few things that could be the cause of these symptoms. Wheel bearing failure, seized brake caliper or frozen caliper sliders, damaged brake line, seized E-brake cable, or improperly installed brake-pads. In any case, if you continue to drive this car, with these symptoms. You may cause a break-down (requiring a tow), or cause a fire. Let me know if I can answer any other questions or how the repair goes, good luck.

Grinding noise from rear. Brake pads? Bearing maybe? Seems to be coming from the passenger side rear wheel area. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Have the rear brakes inspected. These are real easy to change if they need to be. You need to look under the car just outside the differential. This is an inboard brake system so the wheels don't need to be removed.
