I have a Mercedes C220 cdi diesel Automatic 2002; recently it has an annoying rattle under the bonnet driver side, sounds like a loose canister. Can you help?

    how you feel this rattle 1- only you can hear it 2- you can feel it through steering 3- you can feel it to your foot 4- only rattle come when you increasing revs 5- rattle can hear close to passenger compartment when increasing revs with lord , mean when car pickup and press with accelerator,

I hve a mercedes benz c220 cdi, 2005 manufactured model. my problem is dat deres no pick up in my car. in comparison wth my cclass,, a maruti 800 can go faster den my merc....
few months back my merc ws over heated for wich i hd replaced the injectors but afr this incidenent the major problem is vry slow pick of the car... i hd also cleaned up the cathalic convertors but problem solved....pls suggest me wat are the few reasons for non pickup...

Not sure on the diesal pump but if there the same not a gard job the pumps under tge car basically under the dricers side rear seat held in place with a plastic holder remove tge plastic holder 3 or 4 10mm plastic nuts the pump has a wire going to it remove this then there are 2 pipes 1 in from tank 1 out to engine unscrew these and replace

Normally tiney rattley noises are just heat shields that have come loose check under the bonnet and under the car for loose heat shields also the heat shield around the cat can corode and come lose hopevthis helps ivan

Crunching / creaking sound from middle / rear drivers side when driving on motor way

U joint their part of the drive shaft assembly lets it move up and down when you go over a bump
Makes a scarry noise when they are bad but they are cheap 10 bucks a peice and as long as you don't drive it for ever it won't fail tomarrow but get if fixed soon .

Your main battery should be in the trunk (boot) well along with your spare tire. You need only lift the carpeted panel to expose.

Where is the dipstick?

I believe it is just read by the computer. It should notify if you need to take any action.

YES THE CONNECTIONS ARE THE IN AND OUT HOSES ON THE PUMP.

Car problems

Sounds to be a loose or corroded wire/s at either starter motor or at battery fusible links.
Also check the earth strap (Cable) between engine and bodywork.
