Ok, it's not the transmission.
P0101 maf sensor ( mass air flow) sensor. Change the sensor, it is located in the air intake hose that runs from the air filter housing to the throttle plate/ throttle body. Disconnect the wire from it and loosen clamps ( if equipped) and pull hose from it.
P0128 thermostat is below temperature specs, change to a 190 or 195 degree thermostat. auto parts store should be able to tell you which one you need.
P0155 the heater circuit in the oxygen sensor is bad, need new one. That is on bank 2 sensor #1. If it is a V6, looking at the engine, it would be on passenger side, screwed into the exhaust pipe near the exhaust manfold.

Replaced MAF sensor, the MAP sensor, Idle Control Sensor and the throttle position sensor, now I'm getting P0101, P0102 and P0135 codes

P0101
Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range/Performance Problem
P0102
Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
P0135
O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1

Your O2 sensor needs replacing...do this then disconnect negative battery ground, wait 10 minutes and reconnect. If all cleared, use a scan tool and clear properly, these are relatively cheap or take it to a shop.

P0103 OBD-II Trouble Code Technical Description Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit High Input What does that mean? Basically this means that there is a problem with the Mass Air Flow High (MAF) sensor or circuit. A more technical description would be that the MAF circuit had higher than expected voltage (air flow). Other MAF sensor circuit DTC trouble codes are P0100, P0101, P0102, and P0104. Symptoms You will likely not notice any serious drivability problems, although there may be symptoms such as a general decrease in power or sluggishness. Causes A code P0103 may mean that one or more of the following has happened: The MAF may be disconnected, or a wiring connection may be bad The MAF sensor may be damaged The vehicle computer may be faulty (very rare) Possible Solutions The simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back. Then start with the cheapest, easiest repair procedures: Verify that the Mass Air Flow Sensor wiring is connected properly and that there are no broken / frayed wires. Inspect for any air leaks near the MAF sensor. Take the MAF out and clean it using a spray cleaner such as brake cleaner or electrical contact cleaner. Be gentle with the sensor. Check the voltage of the MAF sensor (refer to a repair manual for vehicle specific information) Replace the MAF sensor. The belt tensioner is defective. It automatically keeps the belt at the proper tension. P0101 - MAF sensor (mass air flow sensor) or circuit problem. P0107 - MAP sensor (manifold absolute pressure sensor) signal is low.

Trouble codes- What to do with them?

P0102 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Low Frequency, clean inside the of MAF sensor with spray brake clean, if code returns replace the Mass Airflow sensor (MAF)
P0440 - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System,
poss loose or leaking gas cap
P0128 - Coolant Thermostat Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature,
replace the thermostat, engine running cold
P0716 - Input Speed Sensor Circuit Intermittent, this is a problem with the VSS, vehicle speed sensor, replace it.
Clear all the codes after above repairs and drive a few days, then retest system for codes.
