My 2000 f250 did the same thing. i did what you did also. changed bulbs everything else, but had to bring it in to have the wireing harness changed and that seamed to do it. Check the connection (plug) that goes into the light. mine was over heating and causeing the bulb to burn.

Check the wiring on that light. Also check the bulb with a couple of wires to the battery, or swap the bulb left to right to make sure the new bulb is okay.

No low beams, horn don't work and the air bag light is on.

The airbag light will "light" when there is a malfunction in the airbag system. Get it checked out by a mechanic to be safe.

My low beam head lighjts do not work but the high

If you are absolutely certain the bulbs are okay, then change the switch. I would check for power at the socket first, to make sure it isn't bulbs.

I have a 2007 ford f 350 super duty ! My running lights Low beams do not work ! changed bulbs and check all fuses still not working High beams work fine , is this a ford problem?

No its not just a ford problem. I just had this same problem with my lights on a 99 chevy suburban. Turned out to be a little relay switch located under the dash to the left of the steering column. The repair was about $20.00 but it works well now. You can also go to a website called Auto Forum and post questions regarding auto problems that's what I did first. The Gm dealer was useless for getting any information. Good Luck
