Keep doing regular oil changes , fuel and air filters if they havn't been done for a while. Timing belt every 100,000 km.
Everything else only as needed . Brakes , shocks , exhaust , etc.

Your 2003 Toyota has factory recommended services up to this point that should have been done. Your Maintanance Handbook that comes with the vehicle has all this related information.

If you do not have this information the 127500 MI or 204000 KM service is as follows:

Oil Filter replacement

I hope this helps you out.

What will I be looking at, repair wise, when I have reached 200,000 kms

u should have had the trans serviced, the belts and hoses replaced, the cooling system serviced, a new thermostat and the spark spark plugs replaced at 160,000 km, also air and fuel filters if they haven't been done in the last 30,000 miles or 50,000 Km. right now if all the above was done you should be good to go.

2003 Toyota Corolla - Odometer stopped working yesterday when it hit 299,999 kms's- could this be a fuse issue?

It appears to be a known limitation…
Nicole Grant of Toyota Canada public relations replies:
“Toyota has become aware that on 2003-2008 model-year Corolla and Matrix vehicles, odometer mileage is recorded accurately only up to 299,999 km. A new odometer must then be installed.

Our dealerships record mileage and service dates when an odometer is replaced. A copy of these records is placed in the owner's manual, along with a sticker on the odometer indicating that it was replaced.

Should a used-car buyer have any questions concerning the odometer reading, they may contact Toyota Canada or inquire at the motor vehicle office in the province where the vehicle was originally sold.”

A: Mohamed Bouchama, executive director of Car Help Canada (; 416-651-0555), a non-profit consumer advocacy group, replies:
“Toyota should be responsible for the total cost of the repairs. It should "do the right thing by consumers" and recall every vehicle that has this problem due to their factory defective part.”

I purchased a 2006 Toyota Corolla this past June, and I love it. A light came on this morning, and I don't know what it's a picture of. It's on the far left, and it's not the maintenance light. I'm...

I suggest review your 2006 Toyota Corolla Owners Manual (page 5) for details about cluster and warning lights. You have the CE/LE, S, XRS models for the light location.

I am assuming that is the light of "service" only 450 for reaching the limit, and is one advise.

I really hope helped with this; remember rated this help. Good luck.
