If your battery was replaced and the radio lost power then your anti thieft lock was activated. Check your oweners manual under radio and check for a 4 number pass word. Sometimes it is taped to the upper part of the glove box. If yopu do not have the CODE you will need to take the vehicle to the dealership or a repair center and they can give the vin number to a dealership and get the CODE.

if you have an exterior antenna then you need to check the plug on the end of the antenna cable and make sure its plugged in.
if you have a windshield type antenna then you will have to take it to a glass shop and have them check the cable.

are u the original owner of the car ?if so do you still have the books that came with the car? look for the delco radio book !there should be a card in there with a code and instructions! if not the only wasy is to go to the dealer or a radio repair shop to have it unlocked!
