Today I noticed my check battery light was flickering on and off for a few minutes. I thought it was a little strange but my car was running just fine. I got home, then my room mate needed a ride to work. I started my car, and it was just fine until about 20 minutes into driving, and the lights got really dim and it acted like it was about to stall. I tried restarting it but it was dead. Then about 10 minutes later I restarted the car, and it drove, but was acting odd. When I stopped, it seemed like it was about to stall, but then would slightly come back to life. I am not sure what this indicates, but if someone can help me out that would be wonderful!

Something is draining the battery. Is there a light on in the trunk? See if you trunk is fully closed and the light is going off, or remove the bulb and see if that helps.
Check your battery connections and make sure the belt for the alternator is not loose or seriously worn out.
You may have a defective dash panel or connection behind the panel. But if the lights only flicker with the engine running I would be concerned there may be a problem with the alternator.
But the check the battery condition first, weak batteries can cause all kinds of strange issues.
If it flickers at idle, it "might" be engine wear, especially if you are approaching 200,000 miles. It might also be a faulty oil pressure gauge sending unit which is a little more likely.
could be bad water pump, leaking anti freeze, may have blown the head gasket as result overhaeting engine, check oil for milky gray color,or see if coming out exhaust if so blown head gasket, have someone help you check it out
I recommend that you take your altenator off and take it up to Autozone to have it checked. It sounds like the voltage regulator in it is defective. They will inspect it for free.
I had a similar problem on my 1995 Rodeo. It directly impacted the electronic shift circuit in the transmission to where the car would start off in high gear from a dead stop. It had no power to move whatsoever in that gear range.
Check the connections at your battery. If they are OK, suspect your alternator.
If you live fairly close to a good parts store, (call them first and see if they will test your battery and alternator), have someone jump your car.
Note: Don't just start the car. Let your friend have his/her car sit running for at least a half an hour, If the car runs good after this, you can really suspect that the alternator is bad. Drive it to the store and have them do the test.
Remember to check your connections first because if you have a lot of corrosion on the terminal, a good alternator may not be able to charge your battery.
