Check for hidden screws (such as behind inside door trim and in the arm rest) make sure all of the screws are out (you should have 6+ when you are done) then a flathead screwdriver can be inserted between the door panel and the door and wedged off of the door. (make sure that the power lock/window switches are disconnected to prevent damage to the units) the clips that hold the door to the panel are gm plastic and will come off with a little force and a few pops. when you are ready to replace the panel align the plastic screws with the holes and pop back in
