Filter: Under hood, passenger side, upper firewall, mounted in fuel line
Relay and fuse are probably in the engine compartment relay box. Relay is controlled by the PCM. See diagram below--sorry about poor resolution.

Sorry, forgot to attach wiring diagram, but I cannot put it here. Let me know if you need it, and I'll find a way to get it to you. Else, maybe you can access here: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/repairi...

Were is fuel pump relay on 04 blazer with 4.3

HI, In your glove-box there are three in a row. The one you are looking for (fuel pump relay) is the one on the far left. I wanted to also inform you that the problem can be "other" electrical as well.Have you listened for the fuel pump in a quiet place when you turn on the ignition? (whirring noise) You may need to check/replace your inline fuel filter. They are always overlooked but are designed to last only about 25,000-30,000 miles! If full/clogged they can prevent fuel from reaching the throttle body and have the problem you are experiencing.

this is the tank fuel pump. depending on engine model fitted if it has a fuel filter on the engine, the engine has the fuel pump. there were a few change over's from the 1990's 1998 had pump on engine changed engine over in 1990. to having pump in the tank also engine electrics were changed and additional fuse boxes and relay instaled for relays ang fuse

Wont start think it might be fuel relay or pump

the relays are quite dependable now a days, check the fuse for the fuel pump in the fuse panel under the dash if the fuse is good then the relays are under the hood in a large relay box.you can interchange the relay with another relay that is the same as long as the relay is not used to run anything to allow the car to start.this will eliminate the relay.if the fuse is good you can just go from there to have someone bang on the fuel tank near were the fuel pump would be(middle of the gas tank),while someone tries to start the car,if it starts then it is the fuel pump that needs replacing and you won`t have to bother with the relay in the second step mentioned above.also the fuel filter could be plugged but you should hear the fuel pump working first.also just because you hear the fuel pump working it doesn`t mean that it is pumping at the correct fuel pressure

No power to fuel pump car was running fine just quit repalced fuel pump no power to pump, car will start when spraying starting fluid in to intake, is there a fuse ? also replaced ECM, fuel filter,...

Check for 12 volts power at the fuel pump harness. If no power is going to the pump, check the fuel pump relay. Also, check the fuel pump inertia switch. Ford usually has it on either inside left or right rear trunk fenders.

Where is the fuel filter fuse located

There's no fuse for the fuel filter. It's just a filter that's hooked into your gas line. If you mean the fuel pump fuse, that is located under your hood
