Check the fuse and relay for the Front Blower. You can swap front the back to test the relay.

Because there are two different filaments in the bulb, It's like having two bulbs in one, the running /tail lights also typically run on different circuits as well, check all fuses first, if all good replace the bulbs, should be good. If it still does not work with the new bulbs there could be a problem in the circuit to that lamp, but the usual problem is just a bad bulb...

it would be the bulb fitting. they can go weak or discoloured and not contacted the bulb fitting. take the bulb out and clean the fitting. failing that check the plug to the light fitting it can get a covering of oxidised coating on them breaking the circuit.

If the brake lights and turn signal lights work, then there may be a bad fuse. Check the fuse box.

do your dash lights go out too? .. corroded wires (you can do an insulation breakdown test), or its grounding out in the console, but that would most likely blow the fuse. check to make sure u r looking at the right fuse too, wires can be connected to other random components, for example you may find your horn doesnt work either. and being as you have 3 brake lights, it may be possible they are on 2 diff fuses

Brake light switch can be checked with a test light. Since the 3rd brake light is not working That's probably the problem.

Not likely a bulb problem if they are all out. Check the dimmer, Check the owners manual to see what else is powered by the same fuse. See if anything else on the same circuit is not operating. If it is a fuse you probably have a spare fuse in the fuse panel. If not - a small box of fuses can be purchased for a few dollars.

David, is it one brake light, or both not working? If it's both, check the brake light switch (mounted high on the brake pedal). Let me know what u find.
