crankshaft position sensor is bad. it uses this sensor to tell the computer when to make each plug fire. no signal no fire.

you can go to autozone web site and register your VIN # and click repair tab and find all the drawings there..its free

This all depends on whether this is a Windsor engine or a Cleveland engine. The Windsor engine has a 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 firing order. The Cleveland engine has a 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 firing order. You may want to try the Cleveland engine firing order first.

you may need the computer from the 351

Under Instrument Panel, right of parking brake.

The Bronco did come with the 5.8L. It's a 351 Windsor though. Ford quit making the Cleveland engine back in '74. You should have a vacuum diagram under the hood of your truck.
