sounds like you have a bad ground wire or the wire going to the sides is broken. you may have to check the connections till you find where the wires are connected. if you can test the two side lights with a battery to confirm they do work and are not bad bulbs. or switch them with working light bulbs to confirm they work. then if they work they you need to start looking for a section of wire that may be broken or is corroded and will need to reconnected to make work again.

My turn signals don't work and I've checked the bulbs, fuses & flasher.

About all that is left on the list is the turn signal switch.
Do you have power in and out of the switch ?

My 98 ford exsplorer brake lights don't light up, the one on the roof does but the other two don't, I've checked and the bulbs are fine so is the fuse.

Please check for either there is a wirring problem.
or might be the bulbs are fuse.
or the fuse for those bulbs are blown off...

check the bulbs first,then the fuse. i have actually had cars in the shop with all three burnt out.,including the center stop light.

Replaced a blown fuze when my rear lights stopped working 98 Nissan cefiro, lights now work when required e.g apply brakes lights work, indicators work but when the lights are on at night the rear brake...

could have the wrong bulbs in. some bulbs are single or double filament.check bulbs.if good your bulb sockets could be bad or you got grounding problems.

Dashboard and tail lights out on 97" Nissan Sentra

i would check the connectors under the dash they have a tendancy to get loose are get hot and short a fuse this is most likely the problem...please rate this....
