Sounds like a shorted ignition switch
I had same problem, replaced dimmer switch connector and head light switch, solved problem. Basically the whole assembly that turns the head lights on and the plug it goes in. Only spent $30
It sounds like there may be a ground off somewhere, where is the question. Have you used a test light(screwdriver type) at the sockets to see if it blinks for blinkers and lights for brakes. I wonder if you hooked up a trailer if the lights on the trailer would work.hmmm.. just a thought. I am assuming that you tested all the fuses under the hood also with a tester, as I know when I lost my taillights and turn signals in the back it was under the hood marked as GS whatever that meant. I am babbling so I will *******. I Hoped this helps Tim

Ignition switch also replaced
Not only rear lights. No front turn signals or hazzards. Park lights work in front and rear..
Tested at lights. No power or flashing power at light sockets. Park lights DO work tho.
