The code for the radio reset comes along with the car manual and could be noted in your instruction manual. So look into the service book to find this out. You can also call up your service dealer who will have it logged on to the car history.
So check this out.

I had someone change the radio in my 1998 camry and it did work. My battery went dead, dead and once I replaced battery the radio now doesn't work. Why>

Car radios have security codes to prevent them from being stolen. If they lose power, such as when replacing the battery, they lock out. This makes them worthless to anyone trying to steal them. You need to have the unlock code to reactivate the radio. It is provided with the vehicle at purchase, or by the retailer when selling replacements

My battery went dead and my radio needs a code in it to start again. I also have my serial number just in case it's needed. mitsubishi galant 2000

Call the dealer and ask if they can help you with the code and procedures. Your owner's manual should have the procedure listed in it but the code should have been in the papers that came with your car when it was new. Again the dealer is your best bet. They will need your vehicle VIN and maybe even the radio serial number.

Battery dead on 2004 Honda had to be jumped now radio crashed

Any time battery is disconnected the radio has to have a code reentered. This is a theft prevention issue. You should have gotten the code if you bought the car new, if not call the dealer and he can provide it.

Re key less entry have no idea but could be same issue.
