How do i replace the wire harness connector that clips to coils on jeep liberty sport 6v 3.7l

It's pretty basic on this. Test your clip by plugging it into the coil first, and make sure that it is the correct one. If yes, you need to simply cut the old plug off and connect the wires to your new one (in the right order) with a simple but connector sold at any auto shop/parts store or electrical shop.

When it rains my 2003 ford escape v6 misfires and runs rough

coil pack(s) are bad. go to local auto parts store and they will test your check engine light to tell you what cylinder is misfiring. these parts arn't cheap. when looking at the motor, cylinders 123 are in the back from left to right, 456 are in the front and easy to do. however, changing the back coils are more difficult because it requires removal of the plastic intake. maybe 45 min to change all 6

I changed my spark plugs and afterwards the chech engine light came on. the jeep runs great. what can make that happen?

IT could be something such as a loose plug wire. The best advise I can give you is to take your jeep to your local auto parts store and have them pull the codes out of your on board computer. This will give you an area that you can concentrate on to make the necessary repairs to get your check engine light to go out.

I have a Mazda 2001 MPV, just had service for o2 sensor and now the check engine light is blinking .

blinking light means engine is misfiring. continuing to drive will severely damage the engine. The O2 should not be related to your engine misfiring
