change any belt on any car at 60k/6years,that is, if you do not want any VERY LARGE BILLS.

Start from the top of engine when installing timing belt on this type of engine it's the easiest way to do it. If you took CRANKSHAFT pulley apart make sure the pick up ring behind isn't placed in backwards.

every 90,000 to 100,000miles and yes it is strongly recomended to replace the water pump with it
