If it's a fan issue where physical bumps, slowing down, and speeding up makes the fan function or not function, then the blower motor is wearing out.

My ford explorer a/c blows slow you can feel cold air but slow

The a/c in my 2004 Ford Explorer does not blow as hard as it should. it sounds like the air is coming out hard and fast but you can barely feel anything. Its cold air, just really light air.

You may have something clogged in the fins of the blower motor. Check that first. I'm always pulling plastic grocery bags out of them.

My 1998 ford explorer 4x4 while accelerating has a bumping feel

We had a 1997 Ford Explorer that did something very similar. We thought the transmission was going out, but it was the exhaust manifold gasket. Cost us a couple of hundred at the dealer to get it fixed, but that was a few years ago.
