The fuel pump relay is located at the front right inner area of the engine compartment just past the strut tower. it should be in a box by itself labelled fp relay. Have a nice day!!!

Toyota products usually don't use a shut-off for the fuel system. If the fuel pressure is low, you would need to check the fuel pump relay for power and then the pump.
look in the trunk, your vehicle is most likely equiped with a fuel pump reset switch.. if you look in the manual, or have access to a manual it will tell you exactly where its at, most of the time they are on the driver side of the trunk behind by fender well.
