Just a shot in the dark, im thinking that some engineer hid it inside the front driverside wheel well look up there for an access cover . if thats were it is you have to remove the tire and the cover. but your owners manuel shoul say were its located or call the dealership

The new 3.0L doesnt have a block heater.. Not with Dodge anyway.. you can
buy an in-line heater that splices into the lower radiator hose and will heat up the coolant.. you could also program your auxillary heater to come on before you get up in the morning.. should be in your manual.. let me know if that helps?
