verify in right format... .mp3, WMV, etc. all formats may not be supported? Hard to drive with out tunes! good luck !!

stock JBL 6 disk player in dash>? or? what? name and model #
mp3 and wma format. but not DVD
or
JBL premium 4-disc in-dash CD changer
io the single disc player, 3 kinds sold. new.

and now comes the big question.
TELLS where you got the disk, or name it, or tell how it was made if home made. we dont know that.

is said CD a CDDA? or not. (always try CDDA first)
is CD a real music disc. from a real store, CDDA, is that.
or CDR, or DVDr, or CDRW, or other record-able media
is music MP3? files.
see, the old units dont play modern media.

try 2 real discs, not scratched.
do they play?
one other way, is to name the radio, brand, like JBL then get the
p/n off it. (hard) then look up the product data sheet on it,
bingo, what it can and can not do is there.

Is it a burned cd is so maybe its not the right format. If not then I would get a cd player cleaning disk kit to clean laser in cd player.

same with my problem .it's mean the eye laser is bad. you can't fix it.i have to go to the ebay buy the use one for $800 dollars. mercedes s550 tech such...too many problem. my is 65.000 mile i already replace lower arms control on 2 side A/C blower fan 2 struts suspension. now is the font lelf window not working. my god. i think the old toyota corola the tech is better then. May be lence problem or u can do the lence reading speed by moving a point beside the lence. Let me know details about your product.

burnt cd's are 1.3mm thick. a non burnt cd is .9 - 1mm thick. they get stuck, it happens all the time. why now? just unlucky.

Hi, The cd changer is at fault. You need to replace the cd changer. This ia very common on these vehicles.

Are you placeing cds face up or face down in the changer, some cd changers will only play with the cds face down.
