I have the same problem and read that in some cases 3M Wind-o-weld has been used to fix it. I tried that, and as soon as I put the top down and back up, it pulled back away. looks like I'll be getting a new top

I saw it online at an audi chat. Rhino glue using neodymium magnets as clamps. It's been a month. So far so good. Cost=$60. You only need the small bottle of glue. The magnets come in lengths that aren't very long. I used 4-2" length magnets. I glued 4 inches at a time. 4 hours drying time in warm dry weather. Longer for cold. Apply glue to the window where the old adhesive was. Careful not to use too much. Position one magnet inside. There is enough metal in the roof to hold it in place. Next position outside magnet on cloth to create a clamp. Magnets are strong. Follow instructions. I bought magnets with pre-drilled, countersunk screw holes and used small blocks of wood for handles. The original article I saw boasted 11/2 years of holding strong in Arizona heat! Finish all gluing and let dry for 24. Hours before putting top down. Clean up with razor blade only. Nail polish will remover will clean the glue but also weaken your glue joint. Good luck!

Oven Door Glass -Seal has disintegrated. Is there a glue to re-affix the interior glass panel or do I need a new door?

You can usually refix the glass panel back into the oven door with the correct adhesive. It needs to be the correct heat resistant adhesive.Try http://ovendoorglue.com

What glue do I need to use to adhere rear window to convertible top? It is pulling away and I cannot afford a new top just because the glass is pulling away.

You need to cut a small piece of the plastic liner at the bottom. cut about 1/4 inch of just the plastic. not the liner. If you score the plastic half way through then you can snap it off. I put a little glue on the fabric so it does not unravel. THen you need to use a plastic hammer and a piece of wood or plastic and snap the liner back in. It fits in a channel and needs to be snapped in and work your way around until it is all snapped in.

We just bought my daugher a convertible car but the roof has pulled away from the back window do you know of any way to fix this?

The problem that you are experiencing is common. It is called delamination.
The top and window are two separate parts on this car.
Your best option is to replace the window unit.
You must remove the rear half of the top to do this.
The new window unit will consist of the glass and the material surrounding it. It fastens to the folding frame, not the top. I know, I know you thing that your window is part of the top. It is not.
If the top is showing wear also, I would replace it at the same time.
A cheap repair that SOMETIMES works if the delamination is not too bad is to reglue it with urethane adhesive. Use the same stuff that glass shops use to install windshields.

Convertible rear window separated from fabric top

This problem is very common and is known as delamination.
Use Urethane adhesive to reglue the window.
This same adhesive is used to install windshields.
The hard part will be to hold the window in place till the Urethane cures.
Prepare for that in advance.

Back glass coming loose from the vinal

I had the vynal pull away from the bottom of the glass on mine. Fortunetly it was still under the 36,000 mile warrenty. Took it to 2 different dealers and both told me it is a common problem but the back glass had to be replaced because the vynal comes with the glass and reglueing won't work because the vynal shrinks over time. Hopefully that helps.
