It is located under the car, usually on the backside of the engine

Is there a video showing the removal and install of oil pump and oil pan gasket for my 1973 ford f350 with the 360 motor in it?

Just take off the oil pan (drain the oil first) bolts, remove the pan and you'll see the pick up screen and tube for the oil pump. Most of them are held in place by two bolts. Make sure that you use Locktite or simular product on those now cleaned bolts, when you put them back in. If they have lock washers on the bolts, get new grade "5" replacements.Put it back together and use a new oil pan gasket. Ask for advice at your lock auto parts store . The oil pan is the hardest part.

I want to change my oil but cant find the oil drain-where is it located?

I don't even know how anyone could not find any
engine oil drain plug!

All oil drain plugs are at basically the bottom of the oil pan

They may be at the side ,the rear or on the deepest or
lowest part of the oil pan

Your looking for a bolt head 9/16",14,15, or 16mm,
depending on the vehicle

Yes I have a 1998 Volkswagon bug 2.0L 4 cylinder and I was just wandering what type of oil it takes and how much oil?

The recommended is 5W30 and it takes 4 qts when changing the filter. With this year of Beetle (I have the same one) I prefer to use a high mileage synthetic blend or full synthetic as it stands up better and provides better lubrication for the older moving parts. I personally take mine to a local place for oil change, but I checked with many to find one that I was comfortable with and had experience working on VW Beetles. There is a technique that must be used with reinstalling the oil pan plug and it is very easy to strip it which was done by the previous owners.

What would cause my 1999 volkswagon beetle oil light to come on and beep when I just had the oil changed about a couple of months ago?

It could be time for another oil change or your oil level could be low. Check your mileage and see if its time for another oil change. Hope this helps.

Where is the oil cap on a 1973 Volkswagon Beetle?

The oil cap is just in front of the generator, slightly to the left and angled to the left(towards the passenger side)(right as you are looking at it). If this is your first VW Beetle(type 1), it would be beneficial to pick up the book "How to keep your VW alive and running. A guide for the complete idiot". It is a must have book for anyone who has a veedub and wants to do any work on it themselves. Almost anyone who has bought one has had this book since the late 70's. It explains everything in an understandalbe format and is kind of funny too! Let me know if you need anything else.
