Intermittent beeping alarm type sound

Hi, I have a 2007 Chevrolet Aveo which has performed excellently since I bought it in late 2007. I started hearing a beeping noise coming from the front passenger seat area. Its fairly intermittent, once the car is in motion. It sounds like an alert you could hear if the door is nt shut properly in some cars, just that its a bit muffled.

Help I a Chevy Aveo 2007 I have lost the use of the following: no power windows, no ac, no dashboard lights, have unplug horn so alarm is not continuously going, barekt have headlights, key will not r

Sounds like the Body control module has an internal fault/failure. I am not sure as I have not worked on GM for a while, but it seems with so many systems failing at the same time that it would point to this module above all others. Like I said, it has been a while since I worked on GM. I would recommend getting a schematic if you are unwilling to get a professional diagnosis and start back probing connectors. Even if you are able to diagnose this yourself, Most BCM are defaulted and require Region/Country programming. It varies from manufacturer to manufacturer

I have a 2009 Chevy Aveo. When I start the car

Is it a 2009 or a 2005 do not mess with the air bag system unless you really know what you are doing.
I have found that this usually the sdm (the main module for the air bag system). Really needs to go to the dealer.

When I lock My 2006 Chevy Aveo with the remote button the alarm activates, then about ten minutes later the alarm sounds. Is there a way to completely deactivate the alarm or reset it ?

i had the same problem with alarm system in 2005 hatchback (5 door), the dealer was no help, found by accident to spray lube oil in rear door handle as it was rusted inside and not releasing properly, thus setting off the alarm, i oiled it several times and the alarm system works fine now.
