Well if you car has the two part headlamp take out the turn signal housing. and slide out the headlamp housing out in the direction to where you remove the turn signal housing. if you have the one piece housings you have to completely remove the front bumper to remove the headlamp housing

If it has one you should be able to see small round sensors on front and rear bumpers , usually four on each and equal distance from each other.(two close to corners and two in the middle)

I belive you re talking about AC triple pressure switch?
If so it is located on a hose, about 10 cm from condenser (front AC coller)passenger side.

There is a product ,witch contains a buffing compound and buffer to buff the lens with,sometimes it works,sometimes it does not,it depends on how deep the lens is contaminated,you can get it at the auto parts store
