2005 Odyssey - Driver side automatic sliding door, clicks several times before ultimately closing or gets stuck unless you help it along and then closes the rest of the way by itself. Any idea what the problem is and how to fix it? This problem occurs both when opening and closing the door. The passenger side door does not have this problem and works fine.

You should replace the rollers and make sure the rail is clean and free of any debris.
Rollers can be found at the link below:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GKS...

The tracks may be clean but the rollers can get damaged. I found one door with a roller entirely missing. There are several rollers on each of three brackets; top, middle, and lower. For example, the middle bracket has two rollers which rotate axially in the horizontal direction to track the side of the rail---and a vertical roller to carry the weight of the door on the bottom of the track. If any of these rollers becomes chipped, cracked or simply are missing, you will get grinding noises and bucking problems. Use a strong flashlight and check ALL of the rollers for damage.

SOURCE: Door will not slide automatically; emits loud beeping noise

Something similar to that was happening with our Odyssey...the beeping when you are driving whether it's ongoing or intermittent is the "safety alarm" letting you know the door is not closed. The power lock is not engaging. What I do when I get the beeping while driving is hit the Door Close button. It causes the door to attempt to engage again. To fix it...we first cleaned out the space below the side running board (kids were hiding crayons and things in there), then looked for any obstructions along the top and bottom tracks. I sprayed a lubricant along the tracks (I'd suggest the dry lube kind...I used WD40 the 1st time and had streaks of it dripping down after driving), use a lube that has a long straw to spray in small places...and spray up into the track that runs the length of the middle of the car. Manually open and shut it a few times to get the tracks lubed, then try it out.
If you press the open OR close button by remote or in the car and get nothing...no movement/no noises/no beeping...then it could be the electrical circuit itself, the signal itself may be impeded...or the motor shot. Have you tried any of these suggestions before?

It could possibly be a shock or strut bracket.

If it will not open or close using the remote and all other functions of the rmote work then it is likely to be the remote receiver inside the door behind the door liner. If it will not open or close using the handles the coupler may not be fastened that goes to the motor behind the right side liner. Or the motor may be bad. If you turn the doors off using the switch at the drivers left side and they still won't open or close check to see if the door is still on the rollers and not jammed up. The power motor may have gone bad or it may need to have the cable tension adjusted.

On the 05 Odyssey there's a problem with the rear latch assembly(about $140each) located in the rear of each sliding door. The problem is that the latch assembly was not seal proplery and water can get into the latch cause the sliding door to act funny. Maybe replace the latch assembly will help you.

My passenger side sliding door is dead I tried all the fuses bu no result, the beeping noise has also stopped going off, please help if u have any tips on getting the door motor to make any reaction to the...

You might try rehoming the door. Erase the sliding door DTC's by removing the No. 7 fuse in the under-dash fuse box and reinstall it. Then turn off the Main switch for the doors and make sure the ignition switch is in LOCK (0). Fully close the sliding door manually. Turn the ignition to ON (II) and then turn on the Main switch. Test the door operation several times. note: If you have an 99-04 Odyssey let me know the procedure is different.
