Usually the timing marks are on the front pulley.another way to replace the cam belt,is to mark the belt and each pulley with correction ink[white] and then just transfer the marks over to the new belt and then align each pulley to the marks.thats easier if the old belt hasnt moved or jumped a tooth.most *** motors have the timing marks for cambelt replacement easy to spot with corresponding raised bits of ali pedestals next to them

After removing the top and side bolts (which are obvious) Go to the fender liner. Remove all but the top screw . You will find (by flashlight or shop light) two bolts coming out of the headlight rear. With a socket wrench and 10mm socket, remove the two nuts on the headlight and pull out the headlight from the front after insuring the bulbs are removed and identified for reinstall. Take your time. It is not difficult.

90000 is a suffficiently long time for a timing belt. I'd listen to the dealership.
