Hi Ahmed. I'd remove the VIN number from you description, it's not really safe to publish that.
The oil filter will be at the very bottom end of the engine, usually brightly colored. It will be just forward from the sump and is a screw on fitment.
Take the car to another garage and get your money back from the one who could not find it.
