Could be your Vehicle Speed Sensor (cheap on eBay). This would also effect your speedometer functions. It is located on the back of your transmission near your thermostat housing.

Or it could be your Transmission Computer:

When start the engine all the lights are blinking

NEVER remove the battery cable when the engine is running. It can damage the alternator and a lot of other electronics on the vehicle. The alt will go to the full charge mode. Most all of the dash warning lighs shut off thru a circuit that goes to the alternator. Check your wiring for loose connectors or a grounding wire.

I have a toyota 2009 4 runner sport edition. There is an airbag red blinking light that does not turn off. Can you tell me wahts the fix?

You will need to have the codes pulled, you will need a scan tool for this. the computer is always testing the system and whenever it sees a problem it shuts down the airbag system and stores a code, the code will tell you what part of the system has failed, for example lets say theres a code,BO216 left side seat buckle, this would mean theres a problem with the left hand seatbelt buckle, the codes must be pulled first, also i know there a warranty on the buckles for honda for 8yrs 80,000 miles, the most common problem is the buckles, theres a switch inside them that goes bad. check with your toyota dealer and ask them if theres any warranty on the airbag system, you would need to know first why the light is on,hope this helps ,good day.

1991 HONDA ACCORD 178000 MILES RUNS GREAT LOOKS GOOD. wILL NOT COME OUT OF SPORTS MODE AND CHECK ENGIEN LIGHT WILL NOT GO OFF.. CAN YOU HELP

maybe computer under the passenger side floor board. If the sport light is flashing, then it could be the speed sensor. This link can show you how to check the check engine light on this car: http://troublecodes.net/honda/ You need to find the blue plug and insert a jumper wire, then you need to count the blinks in the led lights, and then compare it to the trouble codes. Carefully pay attention to the blinks, some will be short and others long. Long I think are 10s and shorts are ones. Once you get the code, then scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the OBD1 codes, that is the one you need. Hope this helps somebody.
