What is the "buzzing" sound that we hear on the right front side of our car? The front right side passenger can feel a vibration at their feet as the car is moving? This vibration lets up as you take a left hand turn. Is it my shocks or what?

Sound more like a wheel hub bearing, if you can jack up the car and spin that wheel and listen or feel a roughness it's the hub bearing.

I own a 2003 lincoln navigator. I have a problem sometimes where I go to start my truck and all I hear is a buzzing noise coming from my fuse box on the passenger side of the truck by the passengers feet....

Its the relay in the fuse box by the passenger side floor board. Remove the kick plate and its either white relay on the top (one is mounted horizontal on the right or rear position and vertical on the front or left. Its $6 bucks at Auto zone. You can switch both of them around and the truck will start and run till you get the replacement. Steve

Vibration and noise from front end while driving

Jack up the front end and put stands under it and block rear wheels. Look at axle boots and see if they are cracked. Try turning wheel back and forth sharply and see if you can hear any clicking. Problem could be outer axle joints. If the boots are cracked or you hear a clicking noise you will have to replace the axle. The axle and boot come as a complete unit. Please let me know what you find out.

Driver front side wheel

Sounds like you have a failing wheel bearing. Once you start hearing it, does it get louder or more high pitched the faster you go? Do you hear it get quieter when you turn left at speed, or louder when you go right at speed? If any of those are a yes, I'd have the wheel bearing inspected and replaced if necessary.
