After i drive a short distance and stop it wont start for 3-4 min.is it a switch 0r starter.i drive to store kill it come back out it wont start i have to keep turning key and set and wait awhile then it starts

The starter relay isn't that hard to replace, and is probably your problem. If you can remove the starter and take it to autozone or similar, they can probably test it for you.

You've got a short somewhere, energizing the circuit. Why did you replace all of those parts? Were there other issues? You shouldn't throw money and parts at something without knowing what's wrong. I would start tracing the wires back from the starter and find were the short is. Sounds like voltage is getting to the wire after the switches in the circuit.
Check coolant level . leaking fuel lines while running and stopped, gas tank filler cap , temperature censor ,low oil pressure , crank censor and fuel pump . Could also be the ECU ...
i had something like that happen to my truck. died on freeway, after sitting for four hours it started up and ran fine, one little rectifier in the wiring harness just got hot and killed power to the computer,
clarify me(my home languege is not english),starter is not turning(work)!?and you have a good battery so the TWICE(imobiliser) is the problem!
But if the starter turns,can be crankshaft sensor,fuel pump,fuel pump relay.
