Mine has done this so I cleaned mine out the same way as cleaning a bathroom sink drain. Pour peroxide in the drainage area of the sunroof on a dry day. let stand for 10 minutes and flush with water. If it is still plug repeat this process for it will clear it out eventually

2001, rain water comes onto the passenger side floor. I removed the cabin air cover and reinstalled, siliconing the edge to the windshield. It still leaks. Whats wrong?

Are you sure it's rain water and not coolant? Coolant would have a distinct smell.

Does the car have a sunroof? The drainage tubes on sunroofs can get stopped up and allow water to enter the car.

Water in the Heater system

On the engine side of the firewall you need to find the small rubber drain hose. it is likely plugged up. dont stick anything hard in there or you can damage stuff inside the heater box.
