There isn't one. Just pump, and relay via ECM.

What make , model and year vehicle ? Not all vehicles have a fuel pump reset ! Ford's an some asian vehicles have them ! And doing electrical testing is how to check fuel pump . There are videos on youtube for trouble shooting the fuel pump .

No fuel pump reset is used on Dodge.

the only manufacturer that uses an intertia switch for the fuel pump is Ford. This style of switch [needs to be reset after a collision by pressing a button.

GM does not use this type of system to stop the fuel pump.

Although many Ford vehicles have a fuel pump inertia swtich that can be reset if tripped, there isn't a fuel reset button on this vehicle. Power for the fuel pump is supplied by a 20 amp fuse [#6 in the relay center I believe] and the power is routed through the fuel pump relay which is controlled by the Engine Control Module and then sent out to the pump. I rarely see a blown fuse or bad relay but do see a lot of pumps that wear out an quit working.

the fuel pump is located inside the gas tank. under the hood in black box[main fuse and relay panel] before you replace the pump, i suggest that you check fuel pump relay. or have you been hit from rear? you may need to reset the fuel pump shut off switch. you will find the reset switch in rear of car, look for a pop out panel on the left hand side when you open the trunk. push the switch in [like a reset switch for old t.v. push it in and then try to start the car before you replace the fuel pump please! but if you know for sure that the fuel pumps bad, drain all the gas out before dropping the gas tank. this will save you alot of trouble. also disconnect the positive cable from battery before you do anything!!!!!! hope this helps, merry christmas. and as always,if you need further assistance, please repost your question and an expert will be happy to assist.

This vech. does not have a reset switch for the fuel pump. Unlike Ford Motor Company that uses a inertia fuel cutout switch.

you can check the reset switch behind the passenger side kick panel,

Start with the fuel cutoff......sometimes they need to be reset. Step 2 would be the the fuel relay.........I doubt that the fuel pump is not working as you said you can hear it engage. Let me know if you need anymore help.

Yes trunk, drivers side.It is black box with a red button on top. It should be behind a little door. That is marked.
