Need to know the location of the automatic fuel shut off switch in a 1989 Ford F250 (manual trans) Had to avoid hitting an idiot woman driver and now the truck will not start. It turns over just fine, but does not catch. I had the issue once before on a different vehicle, but never on this one and cannot locate the switch.

Most of them were located over the transmission hump and sort of under the dash OR behind the kick panels just ahead of the doors. Not easy to find.
