All my main keys for my Hyundai Sonata 1997 V6 petrol 3.0L are now broken. With a cut key the engine just crunks without starting. What must I do?

The key must be replaced with a genuine Hyundai key then programed, the key has a computer that talks to the lock, sure it will turn over but will not start,

Check engine ligth comes on and stays on. The car is running a little rough now too. Both problems started this morning.We had our mechanic do a tune-up on the car about a year ago.

When a 'check engine light' (MIL=Malfunction Indicator Lamp) is turned on, there is a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) set/stored in the ECM/PCM (Engine Control Module/Powertrain Control Module). This code identifies which engine management system component/function experienced a malfunction. Once you pull/read this code, you may begin diagnosis.

Hyundai sonata 01 jerking slow take off high idling

P0715 = Input Shaft Speed Sensor Malfunction
P0765 = P0765 Overdrive solenoid valve problem
The Input shaft speed sensor is located on top of the trans (center) under the shifter cable (the shifter cable is connected to the transaxel range switch). The Overdrive Solenoid valve is located INSIDE the trans (oil pan must be removed to access it).Go to http://www.hmaservice.com/ and register (vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you'll have access to technical information (manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, etc) about your vehicle.

I need to details i received from engine codes: p0715 p0115 p01191 p01193

P0715 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit (transmission related)
P0115 Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit (fuel/air mixture related)
P1191 is a manufacturer-specific code related to fuel/air mixtures, as is P1193 - those will have to come from Hyundai.
