IF you are refering to a reset because the theft lamp is flashing and the engine will not start there is not one. If you are refering to a fuel reset switch it is located behind the drivers side kick panel. Please rate this answer if it was helpful , if you need more info feel free to ask.
You have an anti-theft module on this model, located in the trunk on your right side, not sure your car is equipped with imobilizer due to it's age and when manufactur first started using it. Imobilizer stsems have only recently been added as far as my knowledge goes, but I may be wrong.

There is not just one component for this antitheft system , There is not a specific switch with the description you gave, What are you trying to determine? WHat is the failure your having?
were is the reset switch as i have bought a car with no manual and if it is tripped i have no idea how to reset it
