2000 Grand Caravan SE speedometer, fuel, temp, overhead not working, is it the BCM?

The first place to start would be removing the cluster the overhead and wiggling wires and connectors, also wiggling wires at the BCM and junction block. Checking all fuses. If you find nothing, then the most logical place to start would be the BCM, but only after all these other posibilities have been checked.

Need help? all major repair has been done....

If all your gauges (or most) have died at the same time then it is probably a live wire problem, as all these gauges are normally possative feed and nagative switched. Check the live wire is connected properly on the back of the dash.
I hope this helps.

2000 Dodge Grand Caravan Speedometer and Tach not working

sit in the drivers seat close the door. with the key off hold the trip odometer button in then while holding the button in turn the key on. if done correctly this will put the MIC (mechanical instrument cluster) into a self test. if the speedometer does not move like the rest of the gauges during this test the MIC must be replaced. if the speedometer does move it is likely your problem will be fixed, however, if the speedometer does move but it does not start working properly then further diagnostic will be needed.

Speedometer and tach

With the key in the off posistion press and hold the trip odometer reset button, the lights in the cluster will start to flash and the guages will do a self test. This should take care of your problem.
