Ford probe 1994 gas slowly leaks out the drivers side close to the wheel

Justin, The gas leak is probably a rusted out fuel line, the location you pointed out is one of the first places fuel lines deteriorate and leak. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Leaking gas

There are several possibilities and I would not park the vehicle inside. You could have a rusted gas tank, rusted gas lines, leaking fuel filter(Fram had a recall) and this is just leading up to the hood.
Under the hood, the fuel rail, injector O rings, can also leak.
You need someone to physically check your car. You should probably tow it to a repair place if you do not think you can fix it yourself.
About the most expensive repair would be to replace the gas tank. Any of the other parts would be cheaper- some $10-$50 per piece.
This is just something that needs to be seen to fix.

Gas is leaking. It looks like a metal tube that is connected under the gas tank is leaking. It looks like gas is dripping down from it. How can I fix it. Is there a place on the internet that I can go to...

More likely, it is a rusted brake tubing.
You will need to get the tubing, fuel or brake line, at the auto parts store, and hone up on your fabricating skills,to make the repair necessary.
There is no parts to look up. You have to buy the raw tubing, and duplicate what is rusted away

A mechanic told me my 96 Chevy Blazer should have gas line and brake line replaced, how do I know this needs done and not a scam? I'm a female with little knowledge and money.

Well if lines are severly rusted it is a safty issue if they start leaking you could be stranded on the side of the road,Ask your mechanic to put it up on lift and show you.

I have a 97 geo prism with a gas leak

Where is the gas leak? At the back of the car, under the hood, or???
It could be a rusted gas line, a rusted gas tank, etc. You need to do some detective work to determine where the leak is. Do not park the car inside a garage. Fumes can build up and explode when starting the car or just turning on a light in the garage. Be careful not to cause a spark, or allow anyone to smoke nearby until you fix it.

Fuel leaking from top of gas tank

sounds like you are going to have to drop the tank out to inspect and fix. with luck it will be leaking from the fuel pump seal or the return line.
Bad luck would be if the tank is rusted out and needs to be replaced.
Syphon as much gas out of the tank as you can before you drop it , gas is heavy.
