Where is the dipsick for transmission fluid located?

Hi, I don't believe you have a dip stick on that truck, the check/fill plug is underneath on the transmission pan, the bottom plug would be for draining and the upper one for checking and filling, check only with engine running on level ground, parking brake on, with fluid warm, not real hot, move shift lever through all gears then back to park, idle about 3 min. and remove plug use little finger to check ,it should be up to the bottom of plug hole, if needed add recommended fluid in plug hole with a simple pump or squeeze bottle. Fluid should be a reddish color with no burnt smell! Have a pan and rags ready!

Why does my 2000 Trooper sometimes slip while it is in drive?

It would be because the transmission more likely. Make sure your trany fluid is at the correct level. Make sure it is not leaking. If it has been awhile since you changed the transmission filter and fluid, it probably needs it. The filter may be clogged if it has never been changed.

How can i put transmission oil in a izuzu trooper

At transmission pan, there will be two drain plugs, the up most drain plug is where you fill it and check level, to check level, with engine running and in park, unscrew up most plug on transmission pan, if fluid come's out, level is good, if no fluid come's out need to add transmission fluid in that drain plug.

2000 ISUZU TROOPER WITH AUTO TRANSMISSION. CHECK

If the fluid is up -
it could be a vacume loss or the shifting module..
The shifting module is what tells it to shift - and it is controled by vacume pressure..
