On most vehicles you do, so very likely, in your case.
You need good access to install the pump, so you don't cause a leak.

you need to drop the oil pan i don't know if there is a nuff room to pull the pan off the motor with the motor in the car but you got to pull the oil pan off the bottom of the motor to get to your oil pump

sonds like you may need a valve adjustment.

The oilpump is located inside the oilpan, there are two parts to the pan, you should be able to clean the strainer by dropping the small lower pan, this takes about 1 hour, if the top half needs removing which i dont think does then thats about 6 hrs to remove, hope this helps you,

Usually you just fill with a funnel, unless it is at an awkward position.

no there is no panel, only some passenger cars have the panel, u must pull the fuel tank to change the fuel pump.

yes the fuel pump is in the gas tank, the tank has to be re moved to replace the pum..

IT is in the gas tank.

10W30 should be fine
