You need to hook the vacuum advance for the distributor to the front lower left on the carb. The PCV valve goes in the center bottom front. The dashpot for the choke goes upper left front. The vacuum to the brake booster goes in the lower middle at the rear. If you have a second vacuum pot on the rear on the choke side it needs vacuum from the front. The transmission vacuum usually hooks to the rear on the intake. This is all you need. The rest of the ports on the carb and intake can be plugged. Hope this helps.

Knocks at ilde,, changed knock sensor on hooked tourge converter, belts and let run free still knocks at idle

You have carbon build up on the valves and pistons to get rid of this you will have to buy some Top engine cleaner and hook a vacuum hose to the can where it pulls the fluid into the cylinders say a brake vacuum boost . or a line in from the throttle body. After you get it to **** it all the way in shut the engine off for 30 minutes and let it soak. then fire up the engine and run it till it quits smoking, this should get rid of the engine knock. Since the carbon builds up inside the compression chamber it raises the compression ratio to a point that the knock sensor can adjust the timing to keep it from knocking, this is a problem for GM cars but also for all cars that have to burn Alcohol or ethanol and it's the only way to get it out without tearing the engine down. also once you are done you will need to change the motor oil and filter cause the carbon will plug up the filter.

Need vacuum diagram

I can't send you a diagram but I can tell you the basics that should get you mobile. Take a vacuum line from the lower front of your carb and hook it to your distributer vacuum advance. Take another from the front of your carb and run it to your EGR valve. It should be beside the carb on the intake manifold. At the rear of your carburator there is a large line coming out. It should be steel. It provides vacuum boost to your power brakes. Hook it up. Make sure all other vacuum outlets on the carb and intake are blocked off and you should be able to get mobile.
