I have a 2001 gmc savanna 2500 and it stalls out everytime I have to turn sharply.. The dealership said that they put it on the scope and its not pulling any codes

Replace the idle air control valve. this usually will not set a code for this condition.
??? What happens when you put the AC on or turn the wheel in park. If the idle goes down instead of up a hair then back down to normal then I would suspect the IAC.
